I know there are many of you who are just getting into the twitter world, and that is fine. And I know you are struggling with finding people to follow who have some of the same interests as you do.
Good news, there is help. @Adrianos introduced me to a cool new site today called Just Tweet It.
Just Tweet It says:

I think it is a great idea and I am sure it will be another great way to take advantage of the power of twitter. Twitter has become a key communication, networking and personal water cooler for me. Using tools like Just Tweet It will help others to get going with twitter.

I started my first blog February of 2005. My first blog was a blog I used to market and promote my family law practice. And blogging soon became my only form of written advertising. What I also discovered was that blogging is one of the most effective marketing tools available for the small business, home business and professional service firm. In fact, I was am so sold on the effectiveness of blogging, that I am co-founder of G²WebMedia.
